Apple Hill

Last weekend Lou and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary. I cannot believe it’s already been 5 years! We decided to stay local this year to celebrate and headed over to Apple Hill. It is one of our favorite places and luckily only a 45 min drive away. We love going mostly to eat and drink of course! We hung out at our usual spots Boa Vista, High Hill, and Abel’s. Enjoyed some lunch and pie…. a la mode of course! The pumpkin patches were in full swing and the apple beer was flowing. It was nice to have a relaxing day together. As usual, we also picked up apple cider, apple pie and apple donuts to enjoy at home. I also surprised Lou with some Apple AirPods. If you have never been to Apple Hill, I recommend that you check it out. It’s great for couples or families. Or why not go by yourself – eat, pray, love style!

We ended the day at the All You Can Eat Lobster and Prime Rib buffet at Red Hawk Casino. I mean how could we not since it was on the way home haha! Overall, we had an excellent anniversary.
